CHICAGO, December 03, 2025--Fairway Capital Management ("Fairway") announced today that Fairway Private Equity & Venture Capital Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") increased in Net Asset Value by 4.75% in the quarter ended September 30, 2025, bringing its year to date return through September to 10.36%. For the one and three-year periods ended September 30, 2025, the Fund returned 12.32% and 13.66% respectively. Since its December 29, 2021 inception date, the Fund has an annualized return of 7.81%.
