BayCom Corp Announces Cash Dividend

WALNUT CREEK, Calif., May 22, 2026--BayCom Corp (NASDAQ: BCML) ("BayCom" or the "Company"), the parent company of United Business Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 9, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 11, 2026.
