Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS), an artificial intelligence ("AI") data center company anchored by Bitcoin ("Hyperscale Data" or the "Company"), today announced that it intends to commence a tender offer to purchase up to $5,000,000 of its Class A Common Stock, $0.001 par value per share ("Common Stock"), at a price of $0.21 per share.
