Blackstone and Halliburton Said to Invest $1 Billion in VoltaGrid

Blackstone Inc. and Halliburton Co. are investing a combined $1 billion into VoltaGrid in a deal that values the energy startup at more than $10 billion, according to people familiar with the matter.
