US Oil Storage Tanks to Run Empty Around July 4, Currie Says

Carlyle Senior Advisor Jeff Currie discusses the ongoing disruption in oil markets, saying storage tanks will run empty in Europe "sometime in the month of May" and in the US "somewhere in that July 4th period." Speaking on Bloomberg Television, Currie also says that even if the Strait of Hormuz standoff were to be resolved now, "you're talking three-plus months to even start to get even a resemblance of this stuff beginning to flow."
