Strategy 'Will Probably Sell' Crypto; MSTR Stock, Bitcoin Price Fall

Strategy, the biggest bitcoin-holding company, "will probably sell" some of the cryptocurrency to pay preferred stock dividends, founder Michael Saylor said while discussing first-quarter results after Tuesday's close. Both MSTR stock and the bitcoin price fell after hours. Saylor described the plan as a bid "to inoculate" financial markets from the notion of Strategy selling bitcoin as it tries to maximize financing efficiency.
