Stocks Pare Losses After Fed Meeting

Stocks were back to where they were prior to the Federal Open Market Committee’s interest-rate decision as Jerome Powell’s press conference rolled on. The Dow was down 257 points, or 0.5%. The S&P 500 was flat.
