United CEO Won't Comment on Possible Merger With American Airlines

Scott Kirby, the chief executive officer of United Airlines Holdings Inc., said he wouldn't comment when asked if his company would be buying American Airlines. Kirby did say he is focused on leveling the playing field with foreign airlines and building a "great global airline that all US citizens can be proud of."
