Meloni Demands Terna CEO Choose: €7.3 Million Payout or Eni Role

Italian Premier Giorgia Meloni said the outgoing chief executive officer of grid operator Terna SpA, Giuseppina di Foggia, should choose between a €7.3 million ($8.6 million) severance or a new role as chairwoman of ENI SpA, making clear the government’s stance that she can’t have both.
