HOUSTON, March 23, 2026--HMH Holding Inc. ("HMH") today announced that it has launched the initial public offering of 10,520,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,578,000 shares of Class A common stock from HMH at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
