Valencia Joins Colombia Center-Right Alliance Ahead of Primaries

Senator Paloma Valencia, who won the nomination for Colombia’s powerful Centro Democrático party, is joining an alliance of other hopefuls from the center and right which will hold a primary in March, according to a senior lawmaker from her party.
