BOE's Bailey Says Interest Rates to Continue on Downward Path

Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey says he expects interest rates to "continue to have something of a gradual downward path." He made the comments during a pooled interview with UK broadcasters after the BOE voted 5-4 on Thursday to reduce rates to a near three-year low of 3.75%.
