S&P 500 Wavers, Sitting Just Below Its Record Close

With Wall Street focused on this week’s Federal Reserve meeting, the S&P 500 began Monday’s session in striking distance of a record closing high. The Nasdaq Composite was up slightly. The Federal Open Market Committee’s two-day meeting begins on Tuesday.
