Elon Musk spent the end of Tesla Inc.'s earnings call pleading with investors to approve his $1 trillion pay package and blasting shareholder advisory firms. “There needs to be enough voting control to give a strong influence, but not so much that I can’t be fired if I go insane,” Musk said, interrupting what was otherwise a call largely devoted to Tesla’s artificial intelligence, humanoid robot and self-driving initiatives.
