Wells Fargo Says New Canada Steel Duties ‘For Show’ in Trade War

Wells Fargo & Co. analyst Timna Tanners dismissed Canada’s latest retaliatory tariffs on US steel and aluminum as largely symbolic, saying the trade war between the countries already has made American metals too costly to import.
