Venezuela Oil Deal Raises Questions Over US Role

The Trump administration’s deal giving a US-led venture access to 65 billion barrels of Venezuelan oil could reshape the countries’ economic relationship, but questions remain over its political durability and whether it will provoke a backlash inside Venezuela.
