IMO Contradicts Trump Claims on Strait of Hormuz

IMO Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez tells Bloomberg TV that the Strait of Hormuz is not open and that there is no confirmation that mines have been removed in the waterway, contradicting statements by US President Donald Trump.
