Hitachi Construction Shares Drop After $740 Million Block Trade

Hitachi Construction Machinery Co.’s shares fell the most in almost three weeks after its major shareholder Hitachi Ltd. offloaded all holding, in the latest move by the Japanese conglomerate to divest some of its assets to focus on core businesses.
