Shein Is Said to Target Up to $27 Billion Valuation in HK IPO

Fast-fashion retailer Shein Global Holdings Ltd. is targeting a valuation in the range of $26 billion to $27 billion in its initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to people familiar with the matter, a sharp drop from its peak value.
