Maniatis: Oman Spill Cleanup May Cost USD 200-500M

Specialists are racing to salvage a sinking shadow-fleet tanker off Oman that has caused a massive oil slick. Personnel have already boarded the Caroline Bezengi, a Suezmax that has grounded off Oman’s southern coast.
