Goldman Sachs (GS) is buying exchange-traded fund (ETF) provider NEOS Investments for $2.3 billion, following the firm's acquisition of Innovator ETFs in April. In the backdrop, over 900 ETFs have launched in the US so far this year — nearing record levels.
