Cava Sales Jump as Americans Flock to Pita Chips, Salmon

Cava is hot, kind of bucking a trend when it comes to eating out with prices generally rising. The fast-casual restaurant chain known for its Mediterranean-inspired dishes says sales rose faster than expected due to increased demand for its salmon and pita chips.
