Brazil’s CSN Seeks $2.9 Billion for Sales of Entire Cement Unit

Benjamin Steinbruch’s Cia. Siderúrgica Nacional is seeking at least 15 billion reais ($2.9 billion) for its cement business and expects to receive four bids as it moves to sell the entire unit, according to a person familiar with the matter.
