The Dow and S&P 500 Flirt With Record Highs

A broad rally has taken a hold of Wall Street, and the stock market is on track to set some record highs. New records were within reach for the Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500. The Dow was up 0.9%, or 474 points, at 52,963.99.
