Fed's Logan Says Modestly Restrictive Policy Still Appropriate

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas President Lorie Logan says she is not seeing convincing evidence that the US economy is moving toward the Fed's 2% inflation target and modestly restrictive policy is still appropriate.
