JPMorgan, Citi Bankers to Join Hong Kong Exchange Listing Panel

JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Nelly Pai and Citigroup Inc.’s Alexander Schrantz are joining the Hong Kong stock exchange panel responsible for approving initial public offerings, according to people familiar with the matter, as the city sharpens its scrutiny of deal quality.
