Getting Started
Access the Dashboard
When you first visit AnalystMarkets, you'll see the main Dashboard. This is your command center for all market analysis.
- View real-time market overview cards at the top
- Navigate between three main tabs: Overview, Heatmap, and Analysis
- Access News and other features via the header navigation
Choose Your Theme
Customize your viewing experience with dark or light theme.
- Click the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner to toggle themes
- Your preference is automatically saved
- Switch anytime to reduce eye strain during extended analysis
Understand the Layout
The dashboard is organized into three main sections accessible via tabs:
- Overview Tab: Market snapshots, summary cards, and global metrics
- Heatmap Tab: Visual representation of market performance across asset classes
- Analysis Tab: Symbol search, charts, and detailed technical analysis

At the top of the Overview tab, you'll see key global market indicators:
- Total Market Cap: Combined market capitalization of all tracked assets

Market Summary Cards
Below the global metrics, you'll find summary cards organized by asset type:
- Crypto Cards: Top cryptocurrencies with price, change %, and market cap
- Stock Cards: Major US stocks with price and volume data
- Commodity Cards: Precious metals, energy, and agricultural products
- Index Cards: Major stock market indices (S&P 500, NASDAQ, DOW, VIX)
Auto-Refresh Feature
The dashboard automatically refreshes market data at regular intervals to keep you updated with the latest information.
- Data updates automatically without manual page refresh
- Look for the "Live Data" indicator in the header
- Timestamps show when each metric was last updated

Searching for Symbols
The Analysis tab allows you to analyze individual assets in detail. Here's how to get started:
- Click on the "Analysis" tab in the dashboard
- In the search box, enter one or more symbols separated by commas
- Click the "Analyze" button or press Enter

Understanding TradingView Charts
Each analyzed symbol displays an interactive TradingView chart:
- Main Chart: Large interactive chart for the first symbol
- Mini Charts: Smaller charts for additional symbols in a grid layout
- Chart Controls: Use TradingView's built-in tools to zoom, pan, and add indicators
Reading Technical Analysis
Below each chart, you'll find comprehensive technical analysis powered by AI:
- Support & Resistance Levels: Key price levels where the asset may find support or face resistance
- Volume Analysis: Trading volume strength (Weak, Normal, Strong) and volume ratio
- Trade Ideas: Entry, stop loss, and target prices with RSI indicators

Heatmaps provide a visual representation of market performance across different asset classes. Each item is represented as a colored box, with:
- Color: Green for gains, red for losses (intensity indicates magnitude)
- Size: Larger boxes represent larger market capitalization or trading volume
- Position: Items are grouped by sector or category for easy comparison
