Warner Bros. Discovery Considers Sale, Spinoff Options

Warner Bros. Discovery is expanding a strategic review of the business. The owner of CNN, HBO and the Warner Bros. movie studio had been planning to split into two companies and is now considering a wider array of deal scenarios - including a full sale and spinoff options.
