After years of underperformance vs. the S&P 500, international stocks have finally gotten their day in the sun again. Latin America has been particularly strong with the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF breaking out to multiyear highs this week. Investors who think EWZ will continue to rally and don't want to risk significant capital can use long call options rather than buying the ETF outright.
