Shares of Oklo and Vistra surged Friday after the nuclear companies unveiled separate agreements with Meta Platforms to fuel its aspirations in artificial intelligence. Oklo said it had struck a deal supporting the development of a 1.2- gigawatt campus in Pike County, Ohio. Energy produced at the site will be used to power Meta’s data centers in the region.
