Turkish crypto exchange Paribu has acquired a majority stake in the competitor CoinMENA, which is licensed in Dubai and Bahrain, in a deal valued at up to $240 million. This acquisition indicates a strategic move to strengthen Paribu's position in the Middle Eastern crypto market.
