The Bitcoin Policy Institute (BPI) today announced its endorsement of the Bitcoin for America Act of 2025, newly introduced by Rep. Warren Davidson (R-Ohio). The act codifies the Executive Order creating a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and enables Americans to pay federal taxes directly in Bitcoin without incurring capital gains liability — a first in U.S. history.
